By accessing or using the Future Readiness Program platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Future Readiness Program provides an AI-powered career assessment platform for schools. The Service includes a 9-dimension student assessment, AI-generated career intelligence reports, school administrator dashboards, and related tools. The Service is designed for use by schools with students in grades 8-12.
School Accounts: Schools access the Service through administrator accounts created by Future Readiness Program. School administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
Student Access: Students access the assessment through school-provided codes. Students do not create individual accounts. Schools are responsible for ensuring appropriate student consent and parental notification as required by applicable law.
Assessment Quotas: Each school subscription includes a defined number of assessment slots ("quota"). Usage beyond the allocated quota requires purchasing additional assessments or upgrading the subscription plan.
We offer a free pilot program that includes up to 50 student assessments for one grade level. The pilot is subject to availability and may be limited in duration. Pilot participants receive the same assessment quality and report features as paid subscribers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the pilot program at any time.

Our Property: The Service, including all assessment questions, scoring algorithms, report templates, AI models, and platform code, is the intellectual property of Future Readiness Program and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your Data: Schools retain ownership of all student assessment data generated through their accounts. We are granted a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate career intelligence reports, narrative assessments, and career recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content is provided for informational and guidance purposes only. It should not be considered as professional career counseling, psychological assessment, or definitive career advice. Schools and parents should use the reports as one input among many in guiding student career decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of assessment results or career recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Readiness Program shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the school for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Paid subscriptions are billed on an annual basis per school. Pricing is based on the number of students and grade levels covered. Schools may request additional assessment quotas at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of allocated assessments have been used.
Either party may terminate the Service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, schools may request export of all student data within 60 days. After 90 days post-termination, all student data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify school administrators of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
